Igor Ryadinskii

Mr Ryadinskii is Head of Java technology at Computools. He is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Java-based software and applications, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Mr Ryadinskii holds a Master’s Degree in computer systems and programming. He joined Computools as a junior Java developer in 2016. During this time, he worked on a wealth of projects revolving around finance, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.

As part of his responsibilities, Mr Ryadinskii was helping customers to improve the functionality of programs and applications, implement it into finished products, test and eliminate errors in the operation of services.

Due to his strong interpersonal and management skills, his growth within the company has been quite rapid. After just two years, Mr Ryadinskii became head of the Java department.

His main tasks are presenting and managing the technical side of projects, leading the development team and related projects, supporting the developed software, planning of work execution and maintaining reporting documentation.

Mr Ryadinskii’s proven experience and devotion to the company are hard to underestimate. He ensures that Computools’ development processes are kept to a high standard and clients are satisfied with final outcomes.
