Mr. Tymchuk is the Chief Executive Officer at Computools, an IAOP 2020, IAOP 2022 and SVUS award-winning full-service software company. Under his leadership, Computools has grown into a global company that currently partners with businesses in the USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia & Oceania.
Mr. Tymchuk has been actively involved in entrepreneurship and dreamed of setting up an IT company since the age of 12. After completing a Master’s Degree in the field of ‘Software of Systems’, he founded Computools in 2013 with the aspiration of offering custom technology solutions to companies that look to digitally transform their business systems. In 2019, Mr. Tymchuk enrolled in the General MBA program at City Business School to further strengthen his management skills and continue improving his leadership capabilities as an executive officer at Computools. In 2024, Mr. Tymchuk received an MBA degree from the London School of Economics.
Over the years, Mr. Tymchuk has introduced a solid business management system and shaped Computools’s fundamental values and philosophy; “Today we are better than yesterday”. He is proactive in creating an environment that promotes productivity where all team members can exercise their professional skills and develop their expertise.
His transparent leadership style is a major reason why the company keeps growing at such a fast pace. Computools has been operating in multiple markets with major offices in the US, Canada, the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Israel, Georgia, and Japan.
The Computools team was very rapidely operational despite the complexity of the situation and the need for the team to adapt to our development methodologies. The Computools team could also work very remotely with very good inter-communication with the SBFinance team ensuring good efficiency despite off-shoring.
Computools are experts and act professionally, with lots of guidance on technical recommendations and with easy to understand explanations of what the technical choices mean and why one can be a better website than another. As a result, the development was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. The feedback from our customers was very positive and compared to our previous results we doubled our turnover.
